- This is a 10-week Arabic course: (MSA & ECA) (for all levels starting from Beginners to Advanced).

- 222 contact hours = 12 Credit hours / 5 days per week / 5 hours per day.

- These classes can be taught face to face or online.

Sunday 31^st of May:

- Placement test (Reading / Writing / Listening).

- Orientation session / Campus tour.

- Receiving your Timetable (In the evening).

Monday 1^st of June:

- Classes Begin.

Thursday 13^th of August:

Final exam / Projects.

- This is a 6-week Arabic course: (MSA & ECA) (for all levels starting from Beginners to Advanced).

- 120 contact hours / 5 days per week / 4 hours per day.

- These classes can be taught face to face or online.

Sunday 5^th of July:

- Placement test (Reading / Writing / Listening) + OPI (Oral Proficiency Interview) scheduled individually.

- Orientation session / Campus tour

- Receiving your Timetable by email.

Monday 6^th of July:

- Classes Begin.

Wednesday 19^th August:

- Final exam / Projects.

Thursday 20^th of August

- Final exam/ Project Presentations.

Wednesday 17^th of December

- Feedback and Graduation Party.

Please note that:
Students are expected to arrive starting from Sunday 27^th to Tuesday 30^th of June.
Apartment’s visits will be scheduled by appointment starting from Monday 28^th June.

- Placement test at 10:00 am.

- Finishing registration.

- Starting visa procedures

- Orientation session (for on campus classes only).

- Campus tour.

From Wednesday 2^nd to Sunday 6^th of September

- Receiving your Timetable by email.

- Receiving academic material from your instructors.

- Visiting the visa department (3 to 5 students per visit).

Monday 7^th of September:

Classes Begin.

Friday 16^th of October through Saturday 24^th of October

Midterm Fall vacation (for long trips and excursions) ***

Wednesday 16^th of December:

Final exam, Projects Presentation.

Thursday 17^th of December:

Feedback and Graduation Party.
