- Visa Procedures (1st group).

- Visa Procedures (2nd group).

- Classes Begin.

Saturday 29th of March to Thursday 3 rd of April 2025:

- Eid El-Fetr Holidays + Midterm vacation

- Spring vacation (for long trips and excursions) ***

- Eastern Holidays ***

- Eid Tahrir Sinia Holiday ***

Thursday 1st of May 2025:

- Liberatory Day ***

Intensive Summer 2025

- Deadline for registration: March, 31st 2025.

- This is a 6 weeks Arabic course: (MSA & ECA) (for all levels starting from Beginners to Advanced).

- 120 contact hours / 5 days per week / 4 hours per day.

- These classes can be taught face to face or online.

Thursday 1st of July through Thursday 4th of July:

- OPI (Oral Proficiency Interview) scheduled individually.

Sunday 6th of July:

- Placement test (Reading/ Writing/ Listening).

- Orientation session /Campus tour.

Monday 7th of July:

- Receiving your Timetable (In the evening).

Tuesday 8th of July:

- Classes Begin.

Wednesday 23rd of July:

- Revolution of 23rd of July (***) .

Thursday 14th of August:

- Final exam / Projects.

(***) = Day off

Please note that: Students are expected to arrive starting from Sundy 6th of July.
